Quick Questions

What if my item doesn't fit in a tote?

We store oversized items too! There's a $6/month minimum oversized fee.

What if I don't fill all the totes I ordered?

You only pay for the totes you fill. We'll pick up any empty totes when we come to get your full ones — no charge for unused totes.

How many totes do I need?

Most students use 2-3 large totes. You can always add more when you book.

Is there a weight limit?

50 lbs per tote max.
